As a Marriage and Family Therapist or Life Coach, I do not participate in any insurance networks and only accept out-of-pocket payments for my services. Common Ground Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, PLLC (CGCMFT) does not provide clinical diagnoses. Therefore, for any needs requiring in-person evaluations or official documentation—including, but not limited to, court-ordered counseling, emotional support animal certification, insurance reimbursement, or medical treatment—CGCMFT’s advice should not be relied upon.
