Please note that I do not participate with any insurance panels, and am an out-of-network, cash-only service provider. Common Ground Counseling Marriage and Family Therapy, PLLC (CGCMFT) is not intended for the provision of clinical diagnoses or documentation required for the purpose of court-ordered counseling, emotional service dog certification, insurance reimbursement, or medical treatment. While some clients may find a clinical diagnosis helpful for obtaining insurance coverage or medical treatment, others may prefer not to be labeled with a diagnosis.
